PEEPER is 18+ only (or age of majority where you live, if higher). By entering you affirm you are legally permitted to access adult content. You are solely responsible for local law compliance. We may require additional age assurance where law demands more than a click-wrap.
Access and purchases are not offered from jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions programs or where commercial adult digital content may not lawfully be sold (see Global compliance). Geo-blocking of purchase APIs is automatic.
All AI-generated / computer-generated characters in PEEPER are fictional and are simulated as 18 years of age or older. PEEPER does not host real-camera sexually explicit photography of actual people. Imagery is illustration and/or CGI. They are not real performers; a published § 2257 custodian would apply only if that policy ever changed.
PEEPER is adult entertainment. Access is refused by default where law requires highly effective age verification for commercial adult sites and we do not operate a certified age-verification vendor. This is the same operational pattern used by major tube sites: a hard geo-block, not an optional Settings switch. There is no in-app bypass.
United States. Service is hard-blocked when CDN geo headers indicate a state with commercial age-assurance / age-verification statutes for adult websites, including Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. The list tracks statutes as of 2026-08 and may expand. Missing state headers do not auto-block the entire United States; the 18+ click-wrap still applies everywhere.
Other countries. We hard-block the United Kingdom (Online Safety Act highly-effective AV), France (ARCOM age-assurance), and Australia (eSafety adult AV), plus OFAC-style sanctions countries and jurisdictions where commercial adult digital content is generally illegal. Extra ISO codes may be added by the operator. See Global compliance.
Legal notices (Terms, Privacy, § 2257, Support, Report, Compliance) remain readable from blocked regions so you can understand why access is refused.
PEEPER maintains a vast inventory of premade digital tokens — an existing pool sized on the order of 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (1072+) units reserved for player access. When you pay, you are not purchasing a custom manufactured good, a share of real-world currency, a security, an investment contract, commodity futures, withdrawable e-money, or a tradeable cryptocurrency. You are purchasing permission to draw down and spend tokens from that premade pool so you can use them inside the software (tools, peeks, features).
That is the entire transaction: payment = access to use those premade tokens in-app. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable for money, cannot be redeemed for fiat, and exist solely to meter use of game systems and scenes. Any market chart is a list-price demand index only.
All sales are final. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not refund purchases of token access packages, redeem codes, subscriptions for token grants, or similar access products — including if you:
Because tokens are premade access units that become available for your account on successful payment, the service is considered delivered when access is credited — not when every last token is expended. You agree that once tokens are credited, the digital good has been provided.
Chargebacks or payment disputes after delivery may result in permanent account termination and denial of future service.
Scenes are adult-oriented. You set taste filters (e.g. realism, furry, gay, bi) after age verification and can change them in Settings. Content you do not enable is withheld from your deck when tags match. Filtering is a best-effort convenience, not a warranty that every file’s tags are perfect or that no edge-case image will ever mismatch your preferences. If a scene is mistagged, use Report — your sole remedy for preference mismatch is reporting and adjusting filters, not damages.
Characters are fictional CGI/illustration. You agree not to treat any scene as depicting a real identifiable living person. If you believe a scene misappropriates a real person’s likeness, file a publicity report; disputed files are soft-held pending review.
You may only use content and tools for lawful personal entertainment. You must not upload illegal material or scrape third-party assets into a private host without rights.
Local/demo grants are not guarantees of paid inventory. Redeem codes and server balances may be revoked for fraud. Operator may modify rates, tools, and scene packs without notice.
PEEPER is beta / early-access software. The product is incomplete, experimental, and may change daily. You should not treat any in-app balance, progress, inventory, wallet, redeem code, cloud save, or linked account as permanent.
You understand and agree that PEEPER may, at any time and without prior notice, perform resets, wipes, or clears that affect some or all users — including:
Because online services involve probability, complexity, and dependency on vendors, account clearing and data loss can occur even when PEEPER acts in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEEPER is not responsible or liable for any clearing, loss, corruption, or non-restoration of accounts, ✦ balances, progress, purchases-as-access, redeem codes, linked wallets, or other player data arising from hacks, security incidents, software defects, human error (including admin error), vendor or processor actions, infrastructure failure, force majeure, or any similar cause — whether foreseeable or not.
During beta, no warranty of persistence applies to your account or data. Continuing to use PEEPER after this notice means you accept instability and the risk of total or partial loss without refund, except where mandatory consumer law requires a non-waivable floor.
PEEPER’s play layer includes a best-effort capture guard (for example: long-press save friction, brief blackouts on some focus/print events, and an on-screen watermark). These are deterrents and attribution aids, not a guarantee.
You understand and agree:

Purchasing or continuing to play after notice is an acknowledgment of these limits. Claims that PEEPER “promised unbreakable anti-screenshot privacy” are inconsistent with this section and with in-product disclosures.
Service is provided “as is.” No warranty of uninterrupted play, fitness for purpose, accuracy of content tags, absolute capture protection, beta stability, or persistence of account data, balances, or progress (see §5b). Liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid in the thirty (30) days before the claim — and only where non-waivable consumer law requires a floor; where allowed, liability is zero for digital access products and for account clearing, data loss, or beta resets described in §5b. Nothing in the UI creates a warranty that OS screenshots or external recorders are impossible, that accounts will survive every deploy, or that third-party vendors will never fail.
We may accept payment via access codes after off-site settlement, crypto invoices, adult-friendly card merchants, optional card processors (where their terms allow this product), or direct business payment tags. Available rails depend on your region. No full payment card numbers are stored on PEEPER systems.
Where consumer cooling-off rights would otherwise apply to distance contracts, you request immediate performance of digital content and acknowledge that once token access is credited to your account, the contract is fully performed as to that grant and statutory withdrawal may no longer apply to the extent permitted by mandatory local law.
Operators distributing covered U.S. adult visual content maintain or arrange 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records as described in our 2257 notice. Zero tolerance for any content involving minors.
License to you: Payment for ✦ buys in-app access to view and interact with scenes inside PEEPER only. You receive no ownership, no download right, no redistribution right, and no license to copy scenes off-platform.
Operator rights posture: Scenes in the live deck are intended to be operator-owned, AI-generated under operator control, or otherwise licensed for this use. Catalog mistakes happen. If a rights holder asserts that a file was taken from elsewhere without authorization, PEEPER’s process is:

Exclusive injunctive path for IP claimants: To the maximum extent permitted by law, a rights holder’s exclusive remedy against PEEPER for alleged unauthorized display of a specific scene file is prompt soft-hold / quarantine / removal through the notice channel above, plus any statutory remedies that cannot be waived. Continued distribution after valid notice is not authorized by these Terms.
Users & Studio contributors: If you (or an agent) supply assets, you represent you have all rights needed and indemnify PEEPER against IP, publicity, and related claims arising from those assets.
Trademarks, brand marks, and third-party logos appearing in user-captured screenshots remain their owners’. PEEPER watermarks are for attribution / leak deterrence only.
Any “market,” IDX, leaders board, or price chart is a non-tradable list-price / demand index for in-app access metering. It is not an exchange, not an offering of securities, not an investment contract, and not a prediction of profit. You are not buying an asset that appreciates for cash-out. Claims that PEEPER sold “crypto” or “stock” contradict this section and Section 2.
Only the cardholder / wallet owner may pay. If a minor or other person uses your payment method without authority, you must notify support promptly. We may freeze accounts tied to fraud. Chargebacks after successful ✦ credit are treated as delivery disputes under Section 3; repeated abuse may result in permanent denial of service. Where a processor mandates a refund for proven unauthorized use, that processor decision controls — not a general “change of mind” refund.
Optional rewarded ads (e.g. JuicyAds) are provided by third parties. Their scripts, cookies, and creatives are governed by those networks’ policies. Watching ads for ✦ is optional; you may buy packs instead. Ad content is not endorsed by PEEPER. See Privacy for processors.
Self-serve deletion is permanent. Credited ✦ and progress are forfeited as disclosed in-app. Deletion is not a refund pathway. Mistaken deletion, forgotten passwords after logout, or shared-device misuse are your risk once deletion completes. Beta resets and involuntary clears under §5b are not refunds and do not create a duty to restore data.
We aim for a usable mobile-first interface. PEEPER is entertainment software with canvas / gesture play that may not meet every WCAG criterion. Report barriers via Support; we will consider reasonable improvements. No warranty of full accessibility conformance is made.
Before filing a claim, email support with a description and any report id and allow thirty (30) days to respond (except where law forbids a wait, or for IP soft-hold requests which are processed under Section 12). To the extent permitted by law, disputes are individual only — you waive class, collective, and representative actions. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain available.
You will defend and indemnify PEEPER and its operators against claims arising from your misuse, illegal uploads, unauthorized payment methods, redistribution of scenes, or breach of these Terms — except to the extent caused by PEEPER’s willful misconduct.

Formal entity, governing law, and exclusive court venue may be added later when you form an LLC or hire counsel — not required for first token packs. Mandatory consumer-protection law still applies to you.
PEEPER is digital entertainment only. It does not broker prostitution, escorting, or in-person sexual services. You must not use the service to advertise, arrange, or facilitate such activity. This section is intended to align operations with anti-trafficking norms (including FOSTA/SESTA awareness) for a CGI peep product.
Tokens, battle pass progress, leaders, and market IDX are gameplay / pricing meters. They are not bets, lotteries, or opportunities to win money. You cannot cash out ✦ for fiat through PEEPER.
You may not use or pay from jurisdictions we block for sanctions, adult law, or age-assurance statutes (see §1b and Global compliance). Automated purchase, play, and redeem refusal (including HTTP 451) is an intended control, not discrimination based on protected class. There is no Settings bypass.
Third-party hosts, CDNs, DNS, banks, ad networks, and payment processors have their own acceptable-use policies. Suspension by a vendor is not a breach by PEEPER of these Terms. We may migrate rails or pause sales to stay online. Users are not entitled to a specific processor or host.
We are not liable for delays or failures from events beyond reasonable control: outages, war, epidemic, vendor kills, legal process, DDoS, or infrastructure failure.
These Terms (plus Privacy, Compliance, and the DMCA process on Report) are the entire agreement for service access. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains. Age, IP, payment, liability, indemnity, and dispute terms survive termination.
Unenumerated claims of the same classes are intended to be addressed by the closest section here, the as-is disclaimer, the liability cap, soft-hold/removal remedies, and the notice-and-cure process — to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law.
No immunity warranty: Nothing in PEEPER documentation promises you cannot be sued or that a host/processor cannot terminate. The goal is lawful operation, fast remediation, and honest disclosures.
Continuing to use PEEPER means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Global compliance, and Report / DMCA notices.
