DMCA / IP policy

PEEPER’s live deck is operator-owned CGI / illustration or otherwise licensed. If you are the copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe a specific file infringes, submit this form with: (1) a description of the work, (2) the scene / file name on PEEPER, (3) a link to your original if any, (4) your electronic signature, and (5) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. That is our designated DMCA channel under 17 U.S.C. § 512. Complete notices are processed; facially complete claims that name a file are soft-held immediately (HTTP 451) pending review. Counter-notices and restoration follow the same form (category Other, reference the report id). Repeat infringers may lose account access. Misrepresentation can create liability under § 512(f).

Publicity / likeness claims, suspected under-18 depictions, trafficking misuse, and sanctions disputes use the same form with the matching category. Zero tolerance for CSAM or any minor involvement.
