Never send passwords. We cannot restore spent tokens after a completed peek. Use in-app Reload tokens first if a crypto payment confirmed on-chain.

1. What we can help with

Account login, recovery-code resets, and username lockouts
Crypto payment credited late or missing after a confirmed tx
Region / age-assurance blocks you believe are a geo-header error
Accessibility barriers on mobile or desktop browsers
Bug or security reports (no exploit payloads)

2. What we cannot reverse

Token spend during play, including challenge modes (shears-only extra cost; timed +15% in-play spend/earn)
Sales after ✦ are credited (see Terms — all sales final)
Access from a hard-blocked country or U.S. state. We do not offer a Settings bypass. See Global compliance.

3. Abuse, IP, and emergencies

Use Report for illegal content, suspected under-18 depictions, DMCA/IP, harassment, or sanctions disputes. Naming a scene file on a complete DMCA claim triggers an immediate soft-hold. For child sexual exploitation emergencies, contact local law enforcement and NCMEC (or your national equivalent) first, then send us the report id.
