1. Scope

Operator policy: PEEPER does not host real-camera sexually explicit photography of actual people. Visuals are illustration and/or computer-generated imagery (CGI / AI). Characters are fictional and simulated as 18 or older. This notice remains for transparency if statutes are read to cover simulated depictions.

To the extent any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appear on this service and are subject to United States record-keeping statutes (18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75), the following statements apply.

2. Age of performers / simulated characters

All persons depicted in any covered photographic content were 18 years of age or older at the time of creation of such depictions. Content of actual minors is strictly prohibited and not hosted.

AI-generated and other computer-generated characters on this service are wholly fictional. Every such character is simulated as 18 years of age or older. They are not photographs of real people and are not presented as underage.

3. Exemption / primary producer status

PEEPER is a digital access product. Visual media may include computer-generated / synthetic imagery and/or licensed stills. Where material is exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (e.g., certain wholly computer-generated imagery under applicable interpretations), this notice is provided for transparency. Confirm classification with counsel for your specific asset mix.
Where the operator is a primary or secondary producer of covered depictions, age records are maintained by the custodian listed below and are available for inspection during the stated business hours at the listed address.

4. Custodian of records

Soft-income records notice. No physical address is listed until the operator chooses to publish one (e.g. after forming an LLC). Hyper-realistic generated imagery is computer-generated, not photographs of hired performers, unless a custodian and records are published.

5. Date of this statement

Effective for the service as of 2026-08-18 until superseded by redeploy.

6. Age-assurance vs identity documents

Because PEEPER’s public deck is illustration / CGI of fictional adults, we do not collect performer ID packets for those scenes. Viewer age is enforced by 18+ click-wrap plus always-on geo hard-blocks in U.S. states and countries that require certified commercial age verification until such a vendor is connected.
